Aerotropolis

Land 10 is around 300 metres away from the shopping centre and office building of Bradfield CBD. There are 4 railway stations within 2 kilometres. The location is fantastic for land investment.

Price

The Land 8 purchase price is $180/m2.  The current market price for Bringelly is around $350/m2. The sub-divided land price in Austral, which is the suburb on the east of Rossmore is already over $2500/m2.  We can see the great potential for Land 10.
