Bradfield City Centre Second Building plans are underway

Bradfield City Centre Second Building plans are underway. Western Parkland City Authority (WCPA) is developing a proposal for the Second Building in the future Bradfield City Centre. The Second Building will be a world-class innovation incubator, enabling global collaboration between industry, researchers, and the community.

The Second Building will house innovative businesses and Stage 2 of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF).

The building will be key to establishing Bradfield City Centre as a hub for innovation and investment and creating ongoing employment, education,

and training opportunities for Western Sydney.

The building will be made up of four sections, each two to four storeys, connected through a central courtyard.

Community consultation — have your say on the future building. Your feedback will inform

our proposal.

2023 Q4 / 2024 Q1

WPCA submits a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) to the Department of

Planning and Environment.

2024 Q1 /Q2

The Department of Planning and Environment publicly exhibits the proposal and the

community can make formal submissions.

2024

Outcome of the SSDA is determined.
