A multimillion-dollar development, featuring a service station and fast food restaurants, have been proposed to border the future western Sydney Airport.

Multimillion-dollar plans have been unveiled for a new service station, multiple fast food restaurants and community spaces on the site of a licensed club in Sydney’s southwest.

A development application has been lodged by Blacktown Workers Club Ltd with Liverpool Council for the construction of a $14.4m service centre, which would include a 24 hour service station and three detached buildings for food and drink establishments at 205 Adams Rd, Luddenham. The three detached buildings have sought approval to operate for 24 hours and will have up to two fast food restaurants each alongside communal facilities and seating areas. The overall development will provide 140 parking spaces, including 70 spaces in the detached buildings.
